Neither #John the #baptist (Matt3:7) nor #Jesus Himself (Matt 23:33) could foresee a #futuristic #salvation from #hell and wrath as a #reality for someone who couldn’t #experience #salvation in the now that expresses itself in the present as #transformation and #liberation from sin. #Preaching or #believing otherwise no matter how convenient or #politically correct is #foolish, #presumptive and #heretic.

The gospel is, prima facie, a message #enmeshed with #Divine power to #liberate any man or woman from the enslaving #culpability of sin if they #believe it’s #message. The question is whether #you will believe that since Jesus died on the #cross for your sins and rose again for your #justification, you can be now set free from the power of sin by accepting his offer and #laying your life at His feet and #Lordship.
